In the evening, enjoy sightseeing, including visits to Garjia Temple and Corbett Falls.

Upon successful booking, the customer will receive a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours.
If the preferred slots are unavailable, we'll arrange an alternate schedule based on the customer's preference. A new confirmation voucher reflecting the changes will then be sent via email.
Alternatively, the customer has the option to cancel their booking before confirmation, and a full refund will be processed.

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the departure date: 25% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days prior to the departure date: 50% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the departure date: total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
No-shows or early departures: No refund will be provided.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or via email to our customer service team.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation.
Any non-refundable deposits or fees incurred by the tour operator will be deducted from the refund amount.
The tour operator reserves the right to cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided to the customers.

The full tour cost must be paid 0 days before the booking date.

Typically, hotel check-in starts at 2:00 pm, and guests are expected to check out by 11:00 am. However, the possibility of early check-in or late check-out depends entirely on the hotel's discretion.
Each room can accommodate a maximum of three adults, with the third guest provided with a mattress or rollaway bed.
Once the schedule is set, it can't be changed. We'll arrange transportation according to the plan, and it won't be available for other use. If any paid activity can't happen unexpectedly, we'll refund the money. You should get the refund within 30 days.
If an activity is free and not paid for by us or the guest, we won't give a refund for it.
Air conditioning won't work in places that are cool or hilly.
The package doesn't cover entrance fees, parking, or guide charges.
Airline seats and hotel rooms are available based on availability when you make your booking.
If your flights include different airlines, you might need to pick up your luggage when you arrive at the connecting hub and then check it in again for the next part of your journey to your final destination.
Booking rates are subject to change without prior notice.
The price of your booking depends on the age of the passengers. Make sure to provide the correct ages when booking. Providing incorrect ages may result in penalties when traveling.
If the listed hotels are fully booked, we'll arrange alternative accommodation in a hotel of similar standard.
We can change the itinerary for various reasons like unforeseen events, strikes, festivals, weather, or travel issues. Although we'll try to arrange suitable alternatives, we won't be responsible for refunds or compensations due to these changes.
Each guest must provide a valid ID proof at the time of booking and upon arrival. Please note that PAN cards will not be accepted as valid address proof.
Children aged 8 years and older will be considered adults for charging purposes. However, there are no charges for children below 8 years of age.

If a traveler decides to leave the trip midway, all expenses incurred from that point onwards will be the responsibility of the traveler. Neither the operator nor Trek and Explore will be held accountable for such decisions or provide any refunds.
If roads are closed due to snow or slippery conditions, our vehicle won't be permitted to travel. For safety, only snow jeeps or vehicles with chains can operate. You can hire these vehicles directly at extra cost, or we can arrange them for you.
During heavy rainfall or snowfall, traffic may be halted, and roads could become blocked unexpectedly. Since these situations are beyond our control, we won't be responsible for them. However, we'll do our best to assist within our capabilities.
The use of swimming pools at any accommodation strictly follows government guidelines.
Any breakage or damage to items in the hotel will incur charges based on the actual cost of repair or replacement.
Not all hotels in hilly areas have central heating or cooling. Please check the hotel amenities before booking. Some hotels offer heaters during the winter season, available for direct payment on-site.
