  • If the preferred slots are unavailable, we'll arrange an alternate schedule based on the customer's preference. A new confirmation voucher reflecting the changes will then be sent via email.
  • Alternatively, the customer has the option to cancel their booking before confirmation, and a full refund will be processed.

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the departure date: 25% of total booking  cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days prior to the departure date: 50% of total booking  cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

  • No-shows or early departures: No refund will be provided.

  1. Typically, hotel check-in starts at 2:00 pm, and guests are expected to check out by 11:00 am. However, the possibility of early check-in or late check-out depends entirely on the hotel's discretion.
  2. Each room can accommodate a maximum of three adults, with the third guest provided with a mattress or rollaway bed.

  5. Air conditioning won't work in places that are cool or hilly.

  8. If your flights include different airlines, you might need to pick up your luggage when you arrive at the connecting hub and then check it in again for the next part of your journey to your final destination.

  23. If roads are closed due to snow or slippery conditions, our vehicle won't be permitted to travel. For safety, only snow jeeps or vehicles with chains can operate. You can hire these vehicles directly at extra cost, or we can arrange them for you.
  24. During heavy rainfall or snowfall, traffic may be halted, and roads could become blocked unexpectedly. Since these situations are beyond our control, we won't be responsible for them. However, we'll do our best to assist within our capabilities.
