  1. Typically, hotel check-in starts at 2:00 pm, and guests are expected to check out by 11:00 am. However, the possibility of early check-in or late check-out depends entirely on the hotel's discretion.
  2. Each room can accommodate a maximum of three adults, with the third guest provided with a mattress or rollaway bed.
  3. Once the schedule is set, it can't be changed. We'll arrange transportation according to the plan, and it won't be available for other use. If any paid activity can't happen unexpectedly, we'll refund the money. You should get the refund within 30 days.
  4. If an activity is free and not paid for by us or the guest, we won't give a refund for it.
  5. Air conditioning won't work in places that are cool or hilly.
  6. The package doesn't cover entrance fees, parking, or guide charges.
  7. Airline seats and hotel rooms are available based on availability when you make your booking.
  8. If your flights include different airlines, you might need to pick up your luggage when you arrive at the connecting hub and then check it in again for the next part of your journey to your final destination.

  10. The price of your booking depends on the age of the passengers. Make sure to provide the correct ages when booking. Providing incorrect ages may result in penalties when traveling.
  11. If the listed hotels are fully booked, we'll arrange alternative accommodation in a hotel of similar standard.

  13. Each guest must provide a valid ID proof at the time of booking and upon arrival. Please note that PAN cards will not be accepted as valid address proof.
  14. Children aged 8 years and older will be considered adults for charging purposes. However, there are no charges for children below 8 years of age.
  15. The booking price doesn't cover personal expenses like laundry, phone calls, room service, drinks, mini-bar charges, tips, luggage handling, or camera fees.
  16. If your package has to be canceled because of a natural disaster, bad weather, or similar reasons, we will do its best to provide you with the highest refund possible, depending on our agreements with our partners.

  23. If roads are closed due to snow or slippery conditions, our vehicle won't be permitted to travel. For safety, only snow jeeps or vehicles with chains can operate. You can hire these vehicles directly at extra cost, or we can arrange them for you.
  24. During heavy rainfall or snowfall, traffic may be halted, and roads could become blocked unexpectedly. Since these situations are beyond our control, we won't be responsible for them. However, we'll do our best to assist within our capabilities.
